It is best to perform basic account tasks using the Hosting Controller interface found at https://hcadmin.biznetix.net. From here you can add and remove email accounts, reset passwords and update quotas. (Please contact Biznetix Support if you need help accessing your account in Hosting Controller.) For more advanced tasks you can use the MailEnable Administrative Web Interface.
If you are the authorized Post-Office Administrator for your company, you can manage the associated email accounts by navigating to https://meadmin.biznetix.net/. You login using your full email address and password. Depending on your subscribed and/or enabled services, you will be able to create and remove accounts, change passwords, quotas and other settings. Please contact Biznetix Support for directions on how to use MEadmin.
